A silent song, a whispered verse;
I sing to you in secret bliss.
Immortal words which stars converse,
but only spoken through a kiss.

Veritas
A longing teardrop glistens pale, as is the gloomy night it falls.
And in the moonlight shines the veil, that hides the shattered mirror walls.
I see a face, my own it seems...yet never seen before so clear.
I see my fate in vivid dreams, all hopes lay wasted in my fear.
And still the moonlight shines so bright, revealing every cruel detail.
Once revered, this soothing light, now tells a lonely lover's tale.
But if it so shines seen by none, then has it truely shone at all.
I stand alone, the only one, a silent witness of it's call.
A wishfull heart apon the floor, a rose so softly turned to sand.
Thus is the fate, and rightly so...of love that blindly takes a hand.
And so the moonlight shines like day, yet blind are all within her locks.
At dawn I hear the voices say, "So ends the Moonlight Paradox".

Apanthropy
Oh sweet apathy, I rest in your arms,
intoxicate me with your charms.
I long for your oblivious cage,
in solitude I will write my page.
For light itself has turned away.
What more is there now left to say.
Sweet maiden burn that ragged gown.
You turned away, and let me down.
No words, no well concocted tale
will hide that masked uncaring veil.
No more hurt, tonight it dies.
I've heard enough self-righteous lies.
Holding on for far too long;
So tired of this repeating song.
Each time the cut gets deeper still,
and now the pain's too much to kill.
My will has died I must succumb,
what wouldn't I give to just be numb.
Oh apathy take away my pain,
replace my heart with sweet disdain.
intoxicate me with your charms.
I long for your oblivious cage,
in solitude I will write my page.
For light itself has turned away.
What more is there now left to say.
Sweet maiden burn that ragged gown.

Forever Lost
In the dark who hears your cries?
A price to pay in tears, the cost.
The song is sung, the music dies,
the moments passed,forever lost...
A price to pay in tears, the cost.
The song is sung, the music dies,
the moments passed,forever lost...
Veils of Light
'You've hoped invain..alone you've cried'
The whispers taunt you deep inside.
They scream yet you ignore them still.
Still dreaming of your sleeping bride.
The whispers taunt you deep inside.
They scream yet you ignore them still.
Still dreaming of your sleeping bride.
Heartless
I cannot speak, for words elude me.
I cannot breath, for air, it hurts me.
I cannot see, for tears, they blind me.
I cannot love, for love betrayed me.
I will not speak, for words are worthless.
I will not breath, for death is painless.
I will not see, for sight is pointless.
I will not love, for love is heartless.
How can I speak when no one hears me?
How can I breath when poison clouds me?
How can I see when darkness binds me?
How can I love when I have lost thee?
I cannot breath, for air, it hurts me.
I cannot see, for tears, they blind me.
I cannot love, for love betrayed me.
I will not speak, for words are worthless.
I will not breath, for death is painless.
I will not see, for sight is pointless.
I will not love, for love is heartless.
How can I speak when no one hears me?
How can I breath when poison clouds me?
How can I see when darkness binds me?
How can I love when I have lost thee?
Tears
More than all the words I spoke to you through all these years,
I testify my love right now not in words, but tears.
How can you turn your back on all the stories that we told.
And leave me here alone to face the darkness and the cold.
My heart, my trust and all my love in your sweet arms I kept.
But there's a star upon the sky for every tear I wept.
Each drop is grief, too much to scream, pain, too much to bleed.
Each drop is hurt, too much to bear. Too much, no more I plead.
I fought the fight, and gave my all, for you, my precious one.
But no more tears for you my love, I'd give you more....but I have none.
The Last Lullaby
Sleep, my angel, please dont cry.
Hold my hand and stay still,
as I sing to you a silent lullaby.
Sleep, my sweetheart, in the moonlight.
Feel the midnight breeze,
as we recall the secrets of our past.
Sleep, my baby, in my arms.
See the stars above us,
as I speak the words you long to hear.
Sleep, my love, my sweet princess.
Rest your cheek on mine;
As we smile at our memories gone by.
Sleep, my darling, smile no more,
my blissfull vain illusion;
As I realize that I must now awake.
Rest your cheek on mine;
As we smile at our memories gone by.
Sleep, my darling, smile no more,
my blissfull vain illusion;
As I realize that I must now awake.
The River
I pray thee O wind, how is it, do tell...
that the river so full of sparkling life,
to who's enchanting sweet waters I fell,
be now so barren and teeming with strife.
Oh how I loath the shimmering sun,
that made my sweet river sparkle and glow.
It burns now so much that its bright light I shun.
Oh where is the river that once did flow?
that the river so full of sparkling life,
to who's enchanting sweet waters I fell,
be now so barren and teeming with strife.
Oh how I loath the shimmering sun,
that made my sweet river sparkle and glow.
It burns now so much that its bright light I shun.
Oh where is the river that once did flow?
Words
You speak not, my angel; You care not, to speak.
Has every sweet memory dispersed with the birds?
Longing for your voice my soft heart grows weak.
For silence is a statement more powerful than words.
Has every sweet memory dispersed with the birds?
Longing for your voice my soft heart grows weak.
For silence is a statement more powerful than words.
